UK driving law changes to impose tougher penalties for driving with a handheld mobile phone
From 27 Februay 2007, if you are caught driving with a handheld mobile phone the penalty will includ 3 points on your licence as well as a doubling of the penalty fine to £60.

Microsoft to help launch in car computers
Microsoft have confirmed that, in a tie up with Ford, they will be developing Windows based in car computers to manage email on the move, navigation downloads, mobile handsfree call capabilities and media downloads.
