The Parrot Minikit Slim Bluetooth hands-free is a thin visor mount portable hands free unit, that will automatically connect to your Bluetooth phone when it is nearby.

Your address book is synchronised when the devices connect, and thanks to the any voice speech recognition system, you can all any of your contacts, without needing to train the Minikit Slim on the sound of your voice, or the pronounication of your contacts. Cleverly, if your contacts have more than one number, you can select the one you want, by saying mobile or home etc. 1,000 contacts per phone are supported (up to a total of 2,500 spread across up to 5 phones)

The Bluetooth Minikit Slim ,hands free car kit is so thin because Parrot have not incorporated a traditional loudspeaker, but used a vibrating panel instead. Coupled with Parrot’s excellent background noise reduction and echo cancelling systems, you get exceptional sound and call quality.

The rechargeable battery should provide 10 hours of talk time and 20 days standby.

To control and use the Minikit Slim, there are 2 normal buttons, a rotary button and 2 LED’s (one green, the other red). To access the contact list, you can use the rotating button, initially rotating through the letters of the alphabet, then the contacts whose name starts with that letter. If however you press the call button, the Minikit Slim asks who you want to call and then the voice recognition kicks in, and for most simple names gets the contact on the first attempt.

All in all the Parrot Minikit Slim is a versatile hands free kit, with good sound quality – just what you want in a hands free kit, really!
